I’ve always considered myself an old soul, preferring the care, quality and service of yesteryear. I still listen to classic music, drive classic cars, and prefer personal service over corporatized business. I’m a local family man living in a mid-century ranch in Columbine Knolls, Colorado.
I spent most of my career in real estate as a home builder and Realtor. I saw the need by mingling with my neighbors, a couple in their 80s aging at home. They’re less able to handle daily and weekly tasks, but don’t quite need an at-home caregiver, nor the modern cost of a handyman for standard home maintenance. I knew I could help, as I prefer to be on my feet helping people.
The goal is to affordably bridge the gap between at-home caregivers, lawn maintenance and handyman needs, where family is typically needed to assist, while allowing elders to age in place.
